We went for a different look this year. We tried to paint these eggs to look like real birds.
Here is the American Goldfinch,
the Eastern Bluebird,
Red-Tailed Hawk (although, he sitting on his red tail feathers),
Carolina Chickadee,
Rose-Breasted Grosbeak,
Northern Flicker (the paint ran),
Blue Jay,
Cardinal,
and these guys--meaning I was tired of painting eggs. :)
These are great!
ReplyDeleteTedious, though. And Lydia didn't want to join in. She thought it would be too hard, and she was right. We'll do something easier next year. :)
