First Snow

Our first snow of the season came on Christmas Eve. It came along with high winds, so we ended up with strange drifts in the yard.

Ty had to get in on the fun...

Just be prepared for retribution!

A few days later, it warmed up, making the snow perfect for building snowmen.

Gingerbread Time!

At Christmas we once again decorated the traditional gingerbread house, this time with our good friends. It was great fun!

It hasn't snowed here in Tulsa yet. This is the closest thing we have...

These were so fun. The kids are actually still making more, two days later. I saw this neat idea on Robin Sampson's blog. We made these out of coffee filters! This is easier than regular paper, because they are easier to cut and already circular. Just fold and cut.

Fall Festival
